Founder and Managing Broker, Charlie Cummings, worked as a consultant in the aviation industry before joining KW Commercial, as a real estate broker in 2017. Within his career, Charlie has served clients nationally in providing a personal and collaborative approach to development, planning, and environmental-related projects. He believes that the values that make Innovate unique are the key to his success throughout his professional career. His goal is to continue to build a brokerage focused on helping his partners create long-term generational wealth through the successful acquisition and ownership of commercial businesses and real estate. He founded Innovate Commercial Real Estate in 2023 because of his desire to bring something different to the brokerage business and further “change” the way commercial real estate is transacted.

For Charlie, entrepreneurship has been the greatest gift of his life allowing him to educate and empower others about living a life worth living. Outside his brokerage business, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, daughter Sofia, and dog Noah in their community of Parker, Colorado.
