You will be successful if you have these desired skills and experience

A Colorado Division of Real Estate broker's license required to be in process or already obtained.

Commercial real estate experience is required (2 years minimum).

Broker must become a REALTOR within 6 months of joining the Brokerage.

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Technical experience with Microsoft Office Products, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Docusign preferred.

We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills as well as high levels of work ethic, determination, and motivation.

Self-starter with the ability to manage lead generation and transaction management responsibilities.
Real Estate Broker Associate/Senior - Responsibilities

Develop client prospect opportunities through networking marketing, industry relationships, and direct lead generation initiatives.

Qualify potential customers to better develop a strategy to assist in their long-term commercial real estate goals.

Conduct research and analyze local market conditions to distribute property surveys and/or deliver comparative sales data.

Coordinate and tour prospective properties with customers/clients.

Assist clients with managing all due diligence processes, including but not limited to, property inspections, surveys, financing, environmental reporting, appraisals, and tenant improvement projects.

Manage all marketing reports and efforts for any landlord or sale transactions.

Manage and maintain accurate transaction files compliant with Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and ICRE's policy.

Negotiate contract terms in order to successful execute leases and close commercial real estate sale transactions.

Build partnerships with industry vendors to better assist clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Work collaboratively with the ICRE Team on improving processes, as well training and development opportunities.
