MEET THE TEAM
Charlie Cummings
Founder and Employing Broker
Founder and Managing Broker, Charlie Cummings, worked as a consultant in the aviation industry prior to joining KW Commercial, as a real estate broker in 2017. Within his career, Charlie has worked with clients nationally in providing a personal and collaborative approach to development, planning, and environmental-related projects. He truly believes that the values that make Innovate unique, are the key values to his success throughout his professional career. His goal is to continue to build a brokerage focused on helping his partners build long-term generational wealth through the successful acquisition and ownership of commercial businesses and real estate.
For Charlie, entrepreneurship has been one of the greatest gifts allowing him to educate and empower others about truly living a life worth living. Outside his brokerage business, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, daughter Sofia, and dog Noah in their community of Parker, Colorado.
Andrea Cummings
Operating Partner
Andrea has worked in real estate, operations, learning and development, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) since 2017. Through her extensive experience, she has deepened her understanding of emotional intelligence and transformational leadership as well project and operations management.

Andrea is originally from Venezuela and provides bilingual support to our Innovate clients. One of her main goals is to ensure that Innovate incorporates DEI as an organizational pillar. Andrea is also passionate about learning and development initiatives, which she will lead for the Innovate Team. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking with her partner Charlie, daughter Sofia, and going on long sunset walks with her pup Noah.
Cody Sanborn
Broker Associate
Cody Sanborn joined Innovate Commercial Real Estate as a Broker Associate helping clients with leasing and investment sales. In addition to his current role, he is also a business valuator for Monarch Business Valuations, where he assists in the financial modeling of all types of businesses nationally. Prior to his current experience, Cody worked in automotive service, workforce staffing, and scuba industry. He thrives on his ability to lead through effective motivation in his life, both personally and professionally.

Cody has a strong desire to grow and surround himself with highly professional and motivated peers. He spends time spearfishing and shark diving in Belize, South Africa, and Florida. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his pitlab Daisy, as well as working on his cars.
Ben Homes
Broker Associate
For Ben, being a realtor means building a relationship with his clients based on his expertise and respect for them, their families, and their hopes and dreams. His clients can trust that he will always go the extra mile to make their real estate experience the best they’ve ever had.

Born in Eritrea/Ethiopia, Ben has been selling real estate full-time since 2021 and resided in Colorado since 1995. He has worked with a variety of asset types including Motel/Hotel industries, Liquor stores, Retail Stores, Leasing, and churches. Ben is fully dedicated to his client's needs and devotes as much time as needed to help them His knowledge, eye for design, responsiveness, and professionalism ensure a seamless real estate process.
